The contents of our training course will improve the participants’ skills in many areas of advanced sales. We train for example:
√ The ability to create detailed budget plans
√ Presentation of value propositions (value/ROI)
√ Negotiating techniques
√ Presales
√ Understanding behaviour types and relationships during the entire sales process
√ Time efficiency
Implementation
The training method has been developed so that it can be carried out alongside regular work. We start by interviewing all participants and then continue with:
√ A survey of profiles within the sales force
√ Compilation and prioritisation
√ Analysis of objectives
√ Presentation and pitch for all participants
√ Start-up meeting and plan for the next 12 months
√ Six meetings with evaluation and training
√ Weekly monitoring of completed training via My Academy
